Graphic Designer

We are seeking a **highly creative, imaginative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer** to join our growing team at JP Healthcare. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the **visual identity** of our brands through innovative and impactful designs. From product packaging to digital campaigns, your creativity will help communicate our values of **quality, care, and modern aesthetics**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design **packaging, labels, product presentations, brochures, catalogues, posters, and digital assets**.
- Create engaging **social media content**, digital ads, and website visuals aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and branding teams to translate briefs into compelling design solutions.
- Develop **branding materials**, including logos, visual themes, and product identities.
- Prepare **print-ready and digital artwork,** ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
- Research **design trends, color palettes, and competitor visuals** to maintain a modern, market-relevant brand appeal.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)** and **Canva**; knowledge of **CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, or After Effects** is a plus.
- Excellent sense of **typography, color, layout, and visual balance**.
- Ability to visualize concepts and create professional mockups.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple design projects.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience Required minimum 3 years
- Understanding of **branding, packaging aesthetics**, and **consumer appeal**.
- Exposure to **digital marketing visuals** such as banners, reels, and social media posts.
- Basic **photography, video editing, or motion graphic skills** are an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
