**Reports to**: Academic Coordinator / Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.
- Facilitate learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
- Maintain classroom hygiene and ensure safety standards at all times.
- Observe, assess, and document children's growth and progress.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to enrich the learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, reports, and informal updates.
- Encourage positive behavior and guide children with empathy and patience.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and child-centric learning experiences.
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
