**OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE**:

- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs such as photoshop etc., to visualize and develop designs that meet business goals.
- Create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION**:

- Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 72 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,004.09 per month
