**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Development**:

- Design and develop engaging, accurate, and curriculum-aligned Physics and Chemistry content for middle and high school levels (CBSE/State Board standards).
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and hands-on experiments to support classroom learning and conceptual understanding.
- Integrate interdisciplinary approaches, leveraging Mathematics skills where applicable, to enrich science education.

**Subject Expertise**:

- Review and refine existing educational materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current syllabi.

**Training and Support**:

- Conduct workshops or training sessions for teachers to improve their delivery of Physics and Chemistry lessons.
- Collaborate with the Mathematics team to ensure seamless integration of quantitative skills in science education.

**Research and Innovation**:

- Suggest innovative teaching aids, digital resources, or lab-based activities to enhance student engagement.

**Collaboration**:
Provide input on assessment strategies and question banks for exams and competitive tests.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or a related science field (B.Sc./B.Tech.); Master’s degree (M.Sc.) preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- 4-8 years of experience in teaching Physics and Chemistry at the middle or high school level, or in educational content development in the related field.

**Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of Physics and Chemistry concepts (e.g., mechanics, thermodynamics, chemical reactions, periodic table).
- Strong mathematical proficiency to support quantitative aspects of science education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, concise educational content.
- Proficiency in MS Office, educational software, and digital teaching tools (e.g., simulations, virtual labs).
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse learners.
