Office Assistant/receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support daily operations by performing tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Greet visitors and guide them appropriately.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth internal communication.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, or other documents as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
