**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development & Planning**:Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies encompassing online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), direct-to-consumer online channels, social media platforms, institutional sales, corporate accounts, OEM partnerships, and contract manufacturing.
- **Online Marketplace Management**: Oversee all aspects of our presence on online marketplaces, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, seller performance, and customer engagement.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and manage engaging social media strategies to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive traffic and conversions.
- **Institutional & Corporate Sales**: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with institutional clients and corporate partners to secure sales and build long-term collaborations.
- **OEM & Contract Manufacturing**:Explore and develop opportunities for OEM partnerships and contract manufacturing agreements, managing the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.
- **Sales Coordination & Reporting**:Coordinate sales activities across all channels, track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate insightful reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- **CRM Management**:Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track customer interactions, and generate sales forecasts. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
