**Job Overview**:
This position is for a **Market Research Associate** with up to one year of experience, focusing on collecting and analyzing market data to support business decision-making. You’ll assist senior analysts in generating insights and sharing findings to inform strategic choices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Collection**:

- Assist in gathering quantitative data (e.g., surveys) and qualitative data (e.g., interviews).
- Use industry reports and databases to supplement market insights.

**2. Data Analysis**:

- Collaborate with senior analysts to integrate findings into business strategies.

**3. Report Development**:

- Support the creation of reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
- Present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

**4. Competitor and Market Analysis**:

- Assist in researching competitors and identifying market trends.

**5. Client Engagement**:

- Aid in presenting research to clients and gathering their feedback.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure research aligns with business objectives.

**Required Skills**:

- Research Skills: Basic understanding of survey methodologies and experience with industry reports.
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data handling and reporting.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for explaining research findings.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret data to draw actionable conclusions.

**Qualifications**:
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
