**What will be my work as a Support Associate at EduRev?**
- You will be the face of the company “EduRev”, interacting with students through different platforms, explaining to them about the product(s), and understanding their problems & requirements.
- Troubleshoot the problems faced by the users & communicate the same to the internal teams.
- Guide the internal team as per the feedback from the users for Product/Content Development. Ensure the issues are resolved & are communicated to the users.
- Ensure a delightful customer service experience for EduRev users.
- Track & analyze the progress of different experiments done around customer services.

**What do we expect from you?**
- ** Good communication skills with active listening skills**: communicate fluently (especially in English & Hindi). Any additional language is a plus.
- ** Customer-Focused Approach / Customer Advocate**:should have empathy for students to understand their issues & coordinate accordingly.
- ** Product Understanding**: interacting with users would require a deep understanding of the product to handle different cases.
- ** Perseverance**: it can get tiring to coordinate all day, so we expect you to have the ability to stay strong
- ** Learning Attitude**:you would need to have an understanding of various competitive exams, classes & curriculum, which you would eventually learn while working.
