Physics Faculty Job Description:
We are searching for an innovative, energetic physics faculty to join our excellent department. The physics faculty responsibilities include preparing stimulating lessons, identifying and analysing methods and concepts overseeing experiments, as well as setting and grading assessments. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment,

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements.
- Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
- Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans.
- Explaining concepts in a fun way.
- Giving realistic examples.
- Keeping abreast of developments and research in the field, and using this to ensure lessons are relevant.
- Keeping the line of communication open between team members

**Requirements**:

- Degree in physical science or a related discipline.
- B.sc M.sc physics, Engineering or any other relevant field Relevant teaching certification if have required.
- Tutoring experience would be advantageous.
- Patience, innovation, and knowledge of management.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong Communication skills both verbal & written
- Passionate about their work
- Male preferable

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
