Pluto Travels is urgently hiring for:
Job Title: Data Entry Operator - Visa Department
Department: Visa / Immigration Services
Location: Ahmedabad, Thaltej
Reports To: Visa Consultant / Operations Manager
Verify accuracy of data before submission and ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
Scan, upload, and organize visa-related documents in digital folders as per company protocols.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration guidelines.
Perform other administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.0-6 months of experience in data entry (preferably in visa/travel industry).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
Experience with visa platforms such as VFS, GDRFA, or embassy portals (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with standard working hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
