**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in guest rooms, public areas, and workspaces. This position plays a vital role in maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective supervision and quality control.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Staff Management**:

- Assign daily cleaning tasks and special projects to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training.
- Ensure proper staffing levels based on occupancy and workload.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces.
- Ensure cleaning standards, health regulations, and safety procedures are followed.
- Report and follow up on maintenance or repair issues.
- **Guest Service**:

- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with front office and other departments to address guest needs.
- **Inventory & Supplies**:

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain cleaning logs and inspection checklists.
- Submit daily activity reports to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Help track lost and found items.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Graduate degree, diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or management training preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
