**Job Title: Electrician Installer - Decorative Lighting**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install decorative lighting fixtures, including chandeliers, pendant lights, LED strips, sconces, and other custom lighting elements.
- Interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure proper setup and alignment of lighting systems.
- Ensure that all lighting installations comply with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues related to lighting fixtures and resolve them efficiently.
- Work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to discuss lighting needs and implement creative solutions.
- Install wiring, electrical panels, and other components necessary for lighting installations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that the lighting system is functioning as intended.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing lighting systems.
- Ensure proper electrical connections and test the performance of installed systems.
- Keep work area clean and organized, maintaining a high standard of safety.
- Maintain a good understanding of new trends and technology in decorative lighting to offer innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in electrical work preferred).
- Proven experience as an electrician, with a focus on decorative and architectural lighting installations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics for decorative lighting design.
- Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with smart lighting systems or advanced lighting control systems.
- Familiarity with energy-efficient and eco-friendly lighting options.
- Certification as a licensed electrician (preferred).
- Ability to design or consult on lighting layouts and concepts for decorative installations.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Comfort with working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

**Work Environment**:

- Work may be performed in residential, commercial, or outdoor environments.
- Some jobs may require evening or weekend work to meet client deadlines or project needs.
