We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven **Telecallers** to join our dynamic team in the **Timeshare industry**. Your primary responsibility will be to call potential customers, explain our vacation ownership offers, and **set up appointments** for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and are motivated by targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.
- Explain timeshare/vacation ownership products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Answer basic customer queries and address initial objections.
- **Schedule appointments** for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments set.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and appointment conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive on phone calls.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, BPO, or call center (preferred **Timeshare industry**).
- Must be target-oriented and result-driven.
