**Mega Hiring Finance Executive for Madurai Location**

**Experience**: 2 to 4 years 
**Salary Range**: 15k to 20k

**Job Type**:  Permanent (Full Time)
**Preferred Work Location**: Madurai

**Roles & Responsibilities:  **
- Reviewing MSA/SoW/NDA
- Reviewing any other documentation works of the company
- Maintaining database regarding all agreements
- Working on the templates of the agreement
- Learning and implementing new legal concepts in India
- Learning and implementing legal procedures of foreign entities

**Key Skills required**:

- Excellent Communication skill
- Experienced in documents/MSA reviews
- Experienced in Collections and Revenue department
- Experience in Tally will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- High level of accuracy.
- Strong time management skills.
- Should have basic knowledge of system and documents filing.
- Capable of learning new concepts and skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
