For a DSM employee, Employee Services (Part of the DSM Group Business Services) is a central point of contact for Payroll services, Workforce administration services, Compensation and benefits including global mobility services, Services for learning programs, e-learning and our learning management system, Recruitment and onboarding, Talent management and support services.
Employee Services (HRSS) provide all these key services for employees as well as providing support to DSM business groups to assist with the assessment of the required resources, skill-sets and career development of people.
Within Employee Services (HRSS), the Contract Management function is responsible for managing the larger and more complex outsourcing, service, and (IT) implementation contracts. Provides legal and commercial support and solutions and acts as contract expert and trusted advisor to enable the utilization international and commercial (sub)contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
What can you expect in your work?
The role of a Contract Delivery Coordinator is very broad. The purpose of the position is to Execute contract delivery as to maximize contract compliance, SLA execution, improve supplier (KPI) performance and provide input to future sourcing initiatives. Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, and risks, and maintaining associated documentation.
Support and ensure value realization from running contracts
- Support and advise on operational issues, under-performance, and incidents. Perform/request/assess/document and follow up on Root Cause Analysis
- Maintain and govern contract control frameworks
- Maturity and Priority assessments contract implementation
- Follow-up actions to improve maturity
- Work with Regional Service Delivery Management to update/create contract KPI consolidation and reporting
- Manage and communicate the Contract year calendar in collaboration with stakeholders
- Map local contracts (owners), landscape, owners, priority assessment, training needs
- Respond to/resolve operational/tactical contract queries
- Create FAQ major contracts
- Prepare/improve operational/tactical governance meetings
- Support implementation contract governance (Performance management, issue &incident processes, improvement planning, financials, etc.)
- Change Control Board governance and quality monitoring (budgets and recurring cost impact)
- Financial queries follow-up/streamlining
- Support in preparations commercial negotiations (analysis, scenario building, background, alternatives)
- Assist in Risk Assessments, Business Impact, Privacy
- Maintain and provide analysis/follow-up on Supplier Assurance statements and Data Processor Agreements
- Observe the SHE regulations and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when a dangerous situation occurs.
- Observe the Security / Privacy regulations, takes care to be aware, trained and completed formal registration (e.g. Non-Disclosure Agreement) and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when an insecure situation occurs.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Procurement, Business Administration or Law
- Preferably >2 years of experience in contracting/HR outsourcing, services/procurement/ transformation in an international organization;
- Good hands-on knowledge in regional HR general operation, local laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, can engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functions)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer and business relations skills to leverage and orchestrate diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency, share insights with colleagues
- Excellent negotiation skills and confident in dealing with conflicting interests of the various stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in the field SLA and KPI management
- Experience with HRIS providers, (global) Payroll, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Contingent Labour would be advantageous
