**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Analysis**:

- Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords and phrases.
- Analyze search volume, competition, and user intent to support keyword prioritization.
- Monitor keyword performance and assist in adapting strategies based on trends.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags (H1, H2, H3), and image alt text.
- Review and optimize existing website content for search engine relevance and user engagement.
- Support the creation of SEO-friendly content briefs for writers.
- **Technical SEO Support**:

- Assist in conducting basic technical SEO audits to identify issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed problems.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement fundamental technical SEO fixes (e.g., managing redirects, updating XML sitemaps).
- Ensure website mobile-friendliness and basic site structure optimization.
- **Off-Page SEO & Link Building Assistance**:

- Support link-building initiatives by identifying potential outreach opportunities and assisting with initial outreach efforts.
- Monitor basic backlink profiles and report on new/lost links.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track key SEO metrics such including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and basic user behavior.
- Assist in generating regular SEO performance reports, highlighting key trends and initial insights.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct basic competitor research to identify their SEO strategies and potential opportunities.
- **Stay Up-to-Date**:

- Continuously learn about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 year of hands-on experience in an SEO role (full-time).
- Basic understanding of core SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and at least one other major SEO platform (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹9,198.90 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
