**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning**: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans and lesson activities that align with the developmental needs and interests of young children, incorporating play-based learning, hands-on activities, and thematic units.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences in various areas of development, including language and literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, social studies, and physical education.
- **Social-Emotional Development**: Support the social-emotional development of children by fostering positive relationships, teaching conflict resolution skills, promoting empathy and kindness, and modeling appropriate behavior.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs and abilities of each child, including those with special needs, language barriers, or developmental delays, adapting instruction and activities as necessary.
- **Assessment and Progress Monitoring**: Assess and monitor children's progress and development through observation, anecdotal records, and informal assessments, communicating findings to parents and collaborating with colleagues to support student growth.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration, managing transitions, routines, and behavior effectively while promoting independence and self-regulation.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress, sharing information about classroom activities and curriculum, and soliciting parental involvement and feedback.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional learning and development opportunities, including workshops, trainings, and conferences, to enhance teaching skills, stay current with best practices in early childhood education, and meet licensure or certification requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- State teaching certification, licensure, or credential for preschool or early childhood education.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting, preferably as a lead teacher or assistant teacher.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early learning standards, and best practices in early childhood education, including play-based learning, emergent literacy, and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues and communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
- Creativity, patience, and flexibility to adapt instruction and activities to meet the diverse needs and interests of young learners, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing reflection, professional growth, and continuous improvement in teaching practice, incorporating feedback and self-assessment to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
