**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using **Figma, Adobe XD**, or similar tools.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design quality.
- Design visual elements such as **icons, banners, illustrations, and graphics** for UI components and marketing materials.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all design projects.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and design trends.

**Required Skills & Tools**
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator**, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of **UX principles, color theory, typography, and layout design**.
- Experience with **responsive design** for mobile and web platforms.
- Knowledge of **basic HTML/CSS** is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

**Experience Requirement**
- **Experience**: 1.5 to 4 years in UI/UX design (mandatory).
- **Portfolio**: Must include examples of UI/UX and graphic design work.
