**Job Description: Chemist for Rubber Industry**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Research and Development**:

- Develop new formulations and compounds for surgical gloves.
- Conduct experiments to test and refine glove materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new materials into the production process.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Design and implement quality control tests to ensure product consistency and reliability.
- Analyze and interpret test data, documenting results and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).
- **Process Optimization**:

- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material properties and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with production teams to implement process improvements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for regulatory submissions.
- Ensure all materials and processes meet safety and environmental regulations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other chemists, engineers, and technical staff.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and production teams.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
