Loan Executive

Responsibilities
- Responsible to attending walk-in customers.
- Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer.
- Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewellery as per company norms.
- Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and Documents.
- Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans services.
- Manage Gold Loan records and documents as per company norms.
- Provide good customer service experience while pledging / releasing /interest payment transactions.
- Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting customers for Loan inquiry.
- Coordinating with store manager and other Sales Men.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in Gold Loan Management.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good communication and pleasing personality.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Gold Loan: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
