**Finance Manager Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting department including:

- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- Vendor onboarding and payments
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- bank account reconciliations
- Preparing Stock Statements for Working capital purpose
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance and accuracy
- Complete all regulatory processes as required by the company
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain financial files and records to document transactions

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sion, Mumbai - 400037, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Financial analysis: 1 year (preferred)
- stock trading: 1 year (preferred)
