**Brief Position Description**:
Brief Position Description:
The Clinical System Liaison plays a pivotal role in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO), liaising between technology (clinical systems) and clinical research operations. This role involves in facilitating the effective utilization of data in clinical systems and reporting platforms for management reporting, data compliance reviews and supporting internal initiatives. The Clinical System Liaison collaborates with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless communication and successful implementation of assigned tasks.

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical role within CRO, Pharmaceutical company or Hospital (e.g. Clinical Project Specialist or Clinical Trial Administrator).
- Strong skills and understanding of Veeva platform would be preferred.
- Advanced skills in Advanced Microsoft Excel, building dashboard, power query, power BI, etc, is important.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, review, and release regular monthly/weekly management reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving report-related issues, providing timely support to users.
- Support implementation and co-ordination of internal initiatives as assigned.
- May need to support validation and UAT activities required system upgrades/changes/migration.
