**About Us**

We are a fast-growing **Legal Fund** dedicated to supporting litigation finance, legal aid initiatives, and justice-focused impact investing. We're looking for a **Marketing & Sales Executive** who is passionate about law, finance, and creating meaningful outreach strategies that bring legal empowerment closer to those who need it.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies tailored to legal professionals, law firms, NGOs, and financial institutions.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities across the legal services ecosystem (lawyers, litigants, investors, etc.).
- Build strategic partnerships with law firms, bar councils, legal tech platforms.
- Create content for legal fund promotions - brochures, presentations, case studies, and social media.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure accurate representation of our services.
- Track sales funnel performance, client engagement, and ROI using CRM tools.
- Represent the organization at legal expos, industry conferences, and investor meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing**, **Business**, **Law**, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in **legal sales**, **financial services**, **marketing**, or **B2B outreach**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the Indian legal ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
