Within our Legal group, we are seeking an accomplished Compliance & Risk Professional who will play an important part in helping to uphold Apple’s high ethical and corporate standards. You will be a key resource to ensure cohesive communication and the execution of compliance best practices at Apple in India.

**Description**

As part of the EMEIA Compliance & Business Conduct team, we look forward to your working with teams across Apple India to deploy and enhance Apple’s Compliance & Business Conduct Program in country. - Provide pro-active leadership and support for compliance activities in the region (e.g. anti-bribery/corruption, export control, privacy, online safety etc.). - Evaluate and assess current processes to identify risks or areas of operational weakness and recommend and develop effective solutions. - Strengthen the compliance infrastructure through process and tools adoption and compliance metrics and reporting. - Development and deployment of regulatory compliance programs in the regional sales and distribution channel and supply chain - Provide training to employees on relevant compliance topics and drive training initiatives throughout the region. - Participate in compliance reviews and coordinate with the business at all levels to ensure implementation of appropriate corrective and/or preventative actions to close out issues. - Update various teams on pertinent legal and regulatory developments and compliance standard methodologies. - Develop and maintain strong relationships across regions and be in synch with business developments, risks and issues across geos so as to take a consistent approach.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 6-8 years' experience in a compliance role including Business Conduct and Anti-Corruption compliance
- Bachelors / Masters Degree from a reputed school

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience with implementing compliance programs for a large, multinational company.
- Strong interest in compliance issues and willingness to research and understand applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Good business judgment and excellence in problem solving.
- Able to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications while being comfortable expressing a point of view and inspiring change.
- Able to multi-task across diverse business units and geographical boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop relationships across a virtual team.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with numerous people at all levels throughout the company.
