**Key Responsibilities**
- **Quality Inspection and Testing**:

- Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials from foundries, machine shops, and sub-vendors.
- Perform dimensional, mechanical, and visual checks on components during various production stages.
- Oversee final product testing, including performance and safety evaluations.
- **ISO 9001:2015 Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain and update ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including manuals, SOPs, and records.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards through internal audits and employee training.
- **Vendor and Sub-Vendor Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular audits of sub-vendors to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Evaluate vendor performance and implement corrective actions for non-conformance.
- **Foundry and Machine Shop Quality Management**:

- Monitor foundry and machine shop processes for compliance with quality protocols.
- Ensure proper inspection of castings, machining, and heat treatments.
- **Process Monitoring and Improvement**:

- Collaborate with production teams to identify defects and initiate corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability and reduce rejection rates.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection findings, and vendor performance.
- Analyze defect trends and root causes to develop long-term solutions.
- **Audits and Reviews**:

- Coordinate internal and external quality audits, including ISO certification reviews.
- Address non-conformities effectively and ensure successful audit outcomes.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Compliance rate with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Defect rate reduction in foundry and machine shop processes.
- Vendor quality improvement metrics.
- Timely and accurate documentation completion.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance for foundry, machine shop, or electric motor manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 standards, quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC), and processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality control: 3 years (preferred)
- ISO 9001:2015 documentation: 2 years (preferred)
