**Compensation**: ₹800 per Hour (Based on Experience and Project Scope)

**About the Project**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and evaluate AI-generated explanations, questions, and learning outputs for academic accuracy, clarity, and alignment with school curricula (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).
- Create and refine concept-based explanations, question banks, and supplementary materials.
- Maintain the pedagogical integrity and quality of the educational content.
- Collaborate with AI teams and content reviewers to continuously improve learning modules.
- Dedicate approximately **3 hours per day** (with flexible, self-scheduled hours).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Biology, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience for Grades 7 to 12 is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, or other national/state education boards.
- Excellent written communication and academic review skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and online content platforms.

**Preferred Skills**
- Master’s degree or B.Ed. qualification.
- Experience in content creation, curriculum development, or academic editing.
- Interest or background in edtech, AI in education, or digital pedagogy innovation.
