As a Freelance Real Estate Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with their ideal properties and providing expert advice on real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Client Consultations**: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and available listings in Visakhapatnam.
- **Property Listings**: Create and manage compelling property listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- **Negotiation**: Assist clients in negotiating offers and closing deals, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle paperwork, contracts, and other administrative tasks related to property transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of the Visakhapatnam real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Reliable and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
