We at Grameen Foundation India are looking for an Executive MIS and Contracts for a large-scale research project.

**Position: Executive MIS and Contracts**
**Location: Varanasi**

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Managing the contracts and partnership agreements with different stakeholders as part of the project all donors, training partners/ vendors/ academic and research institutes.
- Collate the information from 80 WhatsApp communities and update the DASH board for the project on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the project staff in managing information, from field to app designed.
- Support all kinds of research activities as part of the project activities like coordinate, update and support the activities technically, for example Quick mobile survey.
- Database management/ Social media management.
- Responsible for designing templates, videos, and photos for dissemination to farmers / agents.
Responsible for sending bulk messages for farmers in Hindi.
- Documentation of all project activities as per different project requirements

**Required Education & Experience**:

- Three years in managing contracts and MIS.
- Good desktop publishing skills and familiarity with photoshop.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- MS office tools.
