- Masters in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Inclusion/Disability studies/ Rehabilitation Science
- Looking for a self-starter, who believes in inclusion, is creative in their approach, has a willingness to learn with good communication skills, and can report methodically
- Internship/Work Experience with children. ( Children with Disabilities preferred)
- Willing to travel to the client location/ Shift near to the location ( Home/ School)

- The job requires you to support the child with academic, behavioral, and social goals in the child's natural environment (school/ home).
- Freshers without the necessary skills might be required to undertake preparatory courses and do observership before job confirmation
- Help the child get reintegrated into mainstream classrooms
- Bridge the learning and socialization gaps of the child to enable independence
- Communicate with parents in a professional manner and be punctual for the sessions.
- Provide Daily and Monthly Progress Reports to the organization
- Develop and implement Learning Plans and IEP
