**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work on the credit policy for cards, according to the prevailing rules & regulations in the U.S.
- Manage policy / processes for mainly Credit cards for the consumer retail portfolio pan U.S.
- Facilitate regular asset quality reviews with provision of analytics insights to identify risks/ opportunities and recommend relevant actions.
- Design & manage MIS reporting for credit cards portfolio - Gather risk/business requirements, interpret and analyze and present them to the Leadership through dashboards, visual reports etc.
- Ensure credit policies and program risk acceptance criteria are reviewed regularly, with timely updates for proactive adaptation to changes in legal /regulatory requirements, business strategies, market environment or portfolio performance.
- Work in partnership with credit systems support team to implement key credit policy criteria in relevant credit acceptance & evaluation systems
- Work in partnership with the analytics team and financial modelling team to track the metrics and build what-if scenarios to support credit policy formulation.
- Ensure timely completion of root cause analysis, including appropriate action plans to address identified control gaps.
- Ensure issues/action plans arising from Risk & Control Self-Assessments, risk events, KRIs, regulatory inspections or other risk issues are properly followed up.

At least graduation; Preferably Masters degree in Risk Management

At least 8 years of work experience;
Excellent communication skills, Demonstrated ability to make presentation to different stakeholders - internal and external including regulatory agencies, Proficient in data analytics, SQL, Excel; Reasonable command over tools & technologies such as SAS/R/Python, Experience of working with Machine Learning techniques.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,856,688.13 per year
