- Good hands-on experience as Oracle Fusion/Cloud Finance functional consultant with nice communication skills.
- Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Finance Modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA) etc.
- Must have hands on experience in FRS,OTBI & SmartView Reports.
- Must have good knowledge on SLA and accounting areas.
- Hands on experience with O2C, P2P cycles.
- Hands on experience with period close activities and reconciliation.
- Expertise in Implementation, Rollout and Production Support of Oracle Finance modules.
- Ability to participate in migration and new implementations.
- Should be able to interpret business requirements into functional requirements.
- Ability to design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion.
- Requirement gathering and documentation using OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
- Ability to Participate in design reviews and discussions.
- Capable of handling Solution Design/Functional Fit - Gap/Training/Testing sessions
- Ability to assist business user during CRP/SIT/UAT sessions.
- Ability to prepare quality deliverables.
- Ability to prepare test scripts and test cases.
- Ability to conduct trainings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
