**Job Description: Marketing Executive - SSIT Polyclinic and Healthcare**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hospital Partnerships**:

- Approach hospitals and healthcare institutions to forge mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Present and promote SSIT Polyclinic and Healthcare’s diagnostic and healthcare services to potential partners.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize deals with hospital administrators.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze the healthcare market to identify new opportunities and potential collaborators.
- Stay updated with industry trends to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hospital-related partnerships.
- **Field Marketing**:

- Conduct regular visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote our services.
- Organize and attend meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
- Provide regular reports on progress and performance to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare sector. Freshers can also apply
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Mobility**: Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
- **Other Qualities**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
