We are seeking an organized and proactive **Admin** to manage and oversee all administrative functions within the office, including IT support. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks across various areas of office management, including coordination, documentation, communication, and technical support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records in compliance with company policies.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and coordinate with external vendors for tech support.
- Act as the point of contact for administrative queries, meeting scheduling, and support for HR tasks.
- Maintain and update asset logs, ensure proper use and distribution of office resources, and oversee inventory to ensure everything is accounted for.
- Supervise and coordinate office help staff, ensuring their tasks and schedules align with office needs and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage correspondence, support senior management, and liaise with vendors and clients.
- Manage and organize company events and manage logistics such as venue and transportation.
- Prepare reports on office operations and maintain regular updates for management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and task execution.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and office technology (computers, printers, etc.).
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelors from any relevant field.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
