Job Location - Chandigarh

We're seeking fresh college graduates to join us as Domestic Sales Associate - Trainee, to drive SME B2B sales, particularly targeting small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. You'll play a crucial role in making these businesses understand the benefits of adopting our Fatafat product to scale their operations. Dive into aggressive telesales work with hard targets, focusing on selling our software solutions to small businesses in tier 2/3 cities.**Responsibilities**:

- Aggressively prospect and qualify potential clients to meet revenue targets within the assigned lead quota.
- Conduct intensive market research to understand customer needs and industry trends for effective solution positioning.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to showcase the value of our software.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to craft tailored proposals for clients.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and manage customer relationships using CRM software.
- Negotiate and close sales deals under tight timelines, ensuring achievement of set targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
- Enthusiastic about technology and software solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Prior sales or customer service experience advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
