PRODUCTION OFFICER

JOB LOCATION: NARHE - PUNE BANGALORE HIGHWWAY

**Education and experiences**:

- College degree in food processing technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience on a similar position in food industries.
- Fluent in English oral and written.
- Good skills in communication and management.

Job responsibilities
- Leading the production team: Supervising the production and monitoring staff performance.
- To implement the production indicators set up by the General Manager Factory for production, losses, downtime, and staff efficiency.
- Preparation of the shift schedule
- Training of production staff to guarantee permanent improvement and efficiency.
- Control actions made by operators, double check critical points like raw materials weighing and dumping, and fill in main recordings.
- Launching of work orders in Origyn
- Maintain after each shift the appropriate documents (Manufacturing orders, quality control recording forms, etc.)
- Participate to the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Report to the General Manager Factory on regular basis.
- Guarantee the safety of the employees, equipments, and buildings.
- Participating to the improvement of the quality management system.
- Ensure an appropriate hygiene by a tight follow up and controls
- Ensuring the FSMS system is operating and maintained as a FSMS team member.
- Responsible to fulfil the production target as per the production planning and meet

the production objectives.
- Monthly RMPM stock checking and comparing with physical and origyn for any

Deviation.
- Responsible to take and face the internal audit

**Authorities**:

- Authorized to accept the incoming material
- Authorization for production activity and material movement in the processing area.
- All material movement and activities of all material in pre-preparation, preparation and Processing areas.
- Authorized of finalizing production plan in consultation with Production Manager
- Take disciplinary Actions
- In case of absence of Production Manager, Production Executive will take the responsibility for the day to day activities.
- In case of absence Production Executive, the Production Officer & Production Supervisor can take responsibility for the day to day activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
