**Job Description of Digital Marketer**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Marketing strategies should be upgraded to maintain the organization's business goals.
- Supervise market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Measure and well maintained report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree in marketing or digital communication to gain proficiency in social advertising and user behavior.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize issues/escalations and manage many projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
