**Position**: Physiotherapist
**Location**: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate the physical needs and abilities of children with special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve motor skills, balance, coordination, and overall physical development.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Educate parents and staff on techniques and exercises to support children’s physical development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Genuine interest in working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact.
