Toolroom Technician

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- To carry out Preventive maintenance as well as break down maintennace of moulds.
- Mould Maintenance/Breakdown/Mould Cleaning.
- Maintain Mould Maintenance History Card.
- Visiting vendors for mould Correction/Modification/Trial.
- Regular monitoring of Mould running condition.
- Validation of new moulds, trouble shooting at mould maker end & Do inward inspection.
- Performance monitoring/reporting of Mold running conditions.

**Additional Responsibilities: -**
- Co-ordinate with production dept. before scheduling mold changeover, during Trial/Production.
- To Assist production team during mold settings and change over
- To Ensure all molds running safely and take part in HSE training programs related with safety of workman & Molds
- Assist production team to maintain 5S in mold handling area.
- Propose & Implement Value engineering & Kaizen activities in feasible respective areas.
- Spare management activities implement ‘lessons learned’ from PM to new tool development.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Rotational shift
