We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented professionals to join us during the early stages of our fund’s development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Support in Filings & Documentation**:

- Handle TDS and GST return filings in a timely and accurate manner.
- File and maintain various statutory forms related to company and fund operations.
- Prepare and respond to notices from regulatory bodies (GST, income tax, etc.).

**2. Investor Onboarding & Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for fund investors, ensuring seamless integration.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, to

ensure smooth operations.

**3. Internal Controls & System Efficiency**:

- Build and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance and minimize any

potential financial leakages.
- Conduct periodic checks to validate the accuracy and reliability of the financial data.

**4. Audit Preparation & Liaison**:

- Prepare financial records and supporting documentation for statutory and internal audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the audit

process.

**5. Other Responsibilities**:

- Ensure overall accuracy in books of accounts and adherence to financial reporting

standards.
- Actively contribute to building efficient processes and a strong financial foundation for

the fund’s growth.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or semi qualified CA.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance

requirements.
- Experience in preparing statutory forms (e.g., GST, TDS) and handling financial audits.
- Familiarity with fund structures, investor onboarding, and SME operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
