**Job Title**:Car Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Proactively engage with potential customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles to meet those requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of all vehicles in the inventory, including new and used models, as well as any current promotions or offers.
- **Customer Service**: Provide a personalized and attentive experience to customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to delivery and beyond, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed promptly.
- **Test Drives**: Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers, highlighting the unique selling points of each vehicle and addressing any queries or objections they may have.
- **Negotiation**: Effectively negotiate sales terms, including price, financing options, and trade-in values, to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain ongoing communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and foster long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and conversions, using the dealership's CRM system or other designated tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related car sales showroom sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Showroom sales: 2 years (preferred)
