One of our leading client from Healthcare (Homeopathy) is looking for Front Office Executive.

This role would be responsible for Patient Care, Administration & Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRA)

Patient Care
- Greets, registers, and attends to patients/customers. Answers telephone and customer queries.. Directs patient/customers to consult rooms or facilities as required. Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for customers. Makes and confirms appointments.

Sales
- Collection of referral data. (In person & over call). Calling for Renewals, Upgrades, Not Registered, Not Visited Patients. Works toward a 100% walk-in conversion rate goal.

Administration
- Responsible for proper key control and other security measures. Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.

Other Parameters

Education - Any Graduate

Minimum 3 years Experience require as front office executive

Presentable & good in English communication.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
