Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Creation**: Develop innovative and engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and packaging.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- **Concept Development**: Generate creative ideas and concepts to meet the objectives of various projects, presenting them to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- **Revision and Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design work.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company’s visual content fresh and current.
- **Quality Control**: Proofread and review designs for errors before final printing or publishing.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Shift allowance

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
