**Roles and Responsibilities**

**E-commerce**:

- Responsible for developing and growing Ecommerce Operations thru marketplace and developing company's own ecommerce portal.
- Adding and Managing Catalogue listing and stocks on the all major marketplaces
- Responsible for sales and revenue generation
- Planning Promotion activities (Money off, percentage discount etc), advertisement (Sponsored Products ads, Sponsored Brands ads, Sponsored Display ads, campaigns optimizations).
- Creating and maintaining an online business plan, strategies, promotional events, discounted events.
- Interacting with marketplaces for matters related to payments, product uploads, changes to listings, stock updates.
- Monitoring sales, returns and update accounts
- Resolving customer queries related to item delivery, return, replacement, and payment method and product information.
- Master sheet creation, content management, reviewing listing and their performance
- Planning and Forecast monthly sales.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Digital Marketing thru Social Media campaigns, SEO, Paid advertising, competitors analysis, optimising ROI.
- Responsible for Social media marketing, affiliate marketing, customer services, influencer marketing.
- Bidding Optimization with respect to competition for keywords and business domains.
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
- Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
- Website Maintenance: Analyze Website Performance and Maintain Performance
- Digital Campaigns/Social Media/E-Mailers/Launches
- Independently Adhere To Project Calendar, Manage Time And Prioritize Daily Workload

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, East - 110092, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
- E-Commerce: 1 year (required)
- Publishing: 1 year (required)
