**ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support to Ideate, Design & Retouch digital files for the Marketing department, including E-commerce, Weekly Ad, Store Signing, Catalogs and special Marketing projects
- Working knowledge of photography & lighting required to achieve a visually successful image
- Proven ability to lead a production workflow for both printing & digital outputs
- Expert proficiency in RGB-CMYK color conversion and correcting color images using Image Editing software
- Support to Ambassador for post process
- Demonstrate a strong visual aesthetic with a current portfolio and/or website
- Follow directions accurately and be able to plan for and meet project deadlines
- Ability to balance artistry with business realities
- Expert experience in Adobe Photoshop,
- Support to Generate new ideas that add value and enhance our production capabilities
- Support Art Directors, Print Separators, Producers, Digital Techs, Studio Assistants, Photographers, Producers, Creative Buyers and Global Partners

**QUALFICATIONS**
- 2 or 4-year degree with a focus in fine art, photography or graphic arts or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience
- Requires the organizational and communication skills necessary to: manage a project from start to finish, maintain Brand standards and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Mac based workflow
- Adobe Creative Suite & Photo Capture software
- Microsoft Outlook
- Must have proficiency digital software and an awareness of image and style standards necessary to uphold the company brand
- Interest and exploration in emerging technology related to digital imaging, color management, digital photography and video

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹534,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban - 560024, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
