Job Description: Project Owner - Brisk Wellness

Position Overview:
Brisk Wellness is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Owner to oversee the

seamless operation of our clinics and patient services. This leadership role requires a

proactive individual to ensure leads convert to consults, patients receive exceptional

leader who thrives in a growing organization, and someone who can effectively manage

a global team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion and Patient Journey Management
- Ensure all leads are promptly converted to consults by overseeing the follow-up

process through the sales team.
- Monitor patient interactions to guarantee a seamless journey, from booking to

post-consult follow-up.
- Confirm all necessary forms and patient information are completed before clinic

visits.

Operations and Workflow Management
- Oversee the timely sending of prescriptions, including ensuring compounding

and common medications are shipped or dispensed efficiently.
- Manage workflows related to insurance verification, lab scheduling, and

prescription subscriptions.
- Collaborate with MAs and back-office teams to track patient outcomes and

ensure satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Coordination
- Directly manage the sales team based in the Philippines, ensuring alignment with

organizational goals.
- Supervise back-office staff based in India to maintain consistent patient follow
- ups, data management, and marketing campaigns.
- Act as a bridge between global teams and clinic staff, ensuring smooth

communication and workflow integration.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Track consult goals and lead conversion rates, implementing strategies to

optimize performance.
- Ensure clinics maintain a high standard of patient care and achieve 5-star

reviews.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a

related field.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to

detail.
- Ability to manage and motivate remote teams across various time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zenoti is a plus.
