**Your role**-
- Responsible for ensuring the complete and timely data delivery in close coordination with Technology operational team.
- Interaction with IT management and understanding the IT issues, work closely with the respective teams on tracking and resolution of issues.
- Managing the change management as Finance Representative of IT tools which includes prioritization of change requests, testing of changes and signing of releases.
- Able to understand business process and suggest / design solutions with the help of various tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Power BI etc. Expected to be actively leading projects and re-engineering initiatives
- Able to keep pace with technical innovation and market driven initiatives such as robotics
- Helping the team implement a best practice control environment surrounding the Daily PnL and Balance Sheet processes
- Identifying and driving process re-engineering and constantly challenge status quo for control improvement and process efficiency
- Mange the completion and delivery of the tasks allocated and ensure the compliance of KPIs and SLAs.
- Review and update policies and procedures and ensure that these are appropriately implemented
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with key stakeholders across

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in APAC Financial Accounting & Control team in Hyderabad for across various product verticals. We work closely with teams in APAC and traders across various products based across the globe providing them with Management Pnl. As a financial controller, you’ll play an important role in making available this vital information to trading desks using new age technologies
- The APAC Product control team is a diverse set of enthusiastic people who take their work seriously but also love having fun with virtual games and team bonding activities.

**Your expertise**
- University degree or equivalent qualification (preferably BTech, MBA Finance / IT / CA or similar)
- At least 10+ years with deeper understanding of business processes (Invest Banking and/or Wealth Management preferred ) with curiosity and drive in building solutions.
- Able to understand complex IT systems, data flow to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data
- Hands on experience in new IT and data analytics tools like Alteryx, PowerBi, Tableau, MS SQL etc
- Excellent exposure to senior level decision-makers and stakeholders
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
- Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team member
- Excellent knowledge in MS office (especially excel and power point)
- Strong presentation/communicate skills to clearly and effectively in both oral and written form
