Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design process for interior design projects, from concept development to final execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals, functional requirements, and budgetary constraints.
- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and material palettes to clients for approval.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and other elements to enhance the overall design.
- Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate project implementation.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, preferably in a design firm or agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modeling tools.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
