We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team. The ideal
innovative video content, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You will play a key role in
developing engaging, trend-driven content that resonates with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the company’s social media platforms, ensuring cohesive and

impactful content.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with company goals.
- Brainstorm, shoot, and edit compelling video content that reflects trending topics

and engages viewers.
- Write and curate engaging articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure all content is on
- brand and visually appealing.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to maximize reach and

engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, ensuring content is relevant and timely.
- Manage multiple content projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Lead a content creation team, providing direction and inspiration.
- Track content performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of content creation experience, with a focus on video content.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Proficient in video and audio editing software.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to content creation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a

team environment.Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,701.14 per month
