- Responsibilities

Handling web check in and seat allocation.

Responsible for Train Booking

Should be able to negotiate with travel agencies, hotels & cab vendors for flight change, hotel extension &
**Experience**:
Attending the telephone calls on time and reverting back

Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers

Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments (conference room booking, projector booking and scheduling the meeting out of the premise like Hotel, Banquet etc.)

Update thought of the day and other event activities on notice board of the company

Coordinate with Accounts executive and fulfill the work to be executed

Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
