**Job Summary**:
The Call Auditor is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and analyzing customer service calls to ensure compliance with company policies, customer satisfaction standards, and industry regulations. The role supports continuous improvement by identifying training opportunities and recommending enhancements in communication and service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Listen to and evaluate recorded/live calls to assess agent performance.
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement in agent communication, tone, and process adherence.
- Maintain quality assurance scorecards and generate regular reports on performance trends.
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching recommendations to team leads and agents.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, scripts, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with training and operations teams to improve service quality.
- Track and report recurring customer issues and agent challenges.
- Participate in calibration sessions with QA and leadership teams.
- Maintain documentation for audits and contribute to refining audit standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
